Hello. I "am upstream" of this software.

And that lonely equal-sign seems a bit misplaced, maybe this is the problem? -lssl -lcrypto -L/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/mit-krb5 \ -lgssapi_krb5 -lkrb5 -lk5crypto -lcom_err -lidn2 -ltinfo \ -o s-nail mx-001.o ... su-019.o /usr/bin/x86_64-linux-gnu-ld.bfd: cannot find : No such file or directory But if that isn't it, maybe this linker is missing. Or so. Because i see The following NEW packages will be installed: gcc-16-base but still a lot of The following packages will be upgraded: ... gcc gcc-15 gcc-15-base gcc-15-x86-64-linux-gnu gcc-x86-64-linux-gnu .. libgcc-15-dev libgcc-s1 gcc15 stuff. Maybe this is a compiler upgrade problem instead? I have no idea, but would like to reduce workload of Paride. collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status make[2]: *** [mk-config.mk:428: s-nail] Error 1 Thank you! --steffen | |Der Kragenbaer, The moon bear, |der holt sich munter he cheerfully and one by one |einen nach dem anderen runter wa.ks himself off |(By Robert Gernhardt) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2163693 Title: s-nail: FTBFS with openssl 4.0 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/s-nail/+bug/2163693/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
