Public bug reported:

depthchargectl is using argparse in a way incompatible with Python 3.14
and thus fails to launch under any circumstances (even simply with
`--help`). Debian upstream has a fix for this in the -5 release (already
present in stonking), and given the only other thing in that release is
a superficial autopkgtest ensuring that depthchargectl --help can
actually run, we should just sync this from Debian for resolute.
