** Description changed: We would get this eventually from debian via [1], but probably not before the feature freeze. So I'm uploading it to the ubuntu stonking NEW queue, and will leave the debian NEW queue entry for reference. The orig tarball is the same as from src:openssh. + + I added one change on top which is to drop the dependency on libwtmp, + because that's in universe. That is also how our src:openssh package is + built (and debian's, for that matter: they only kept this libwtmp + addition in the src:openssh-gssapi one as far as I can tell; probably a + mistake in not adding it also to src:openssh, will check later). + Debian bug: [2] The salsa repository[3] is a bit odd in that it has all debian patches applied. Once this is in ubuntu, I will apply further changes to the package, following what debian might do, but also reapply the parts of the ubuntu delta that make sense here, like the socket activation patch probably. I'm committing to doing that before the beta freeze of stonking. - 1. https://dfsg-new-queue.debian.org/reviews/openssh-gssapi 2. https://bugs.debian.org/1141274 3. https://salsa.debian.org/ssh-team/openssh-gssapi.git ** Also affects: Ubuntu Stonking Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Changed in: Ubuntu Stonking Assignee: (unassigned) => Andreas Hasenack (ahasenack) ** Changed in: Ubuntu Stonking Importance: Undecided => High ** Changed in: Ubuntu Stonking Status: New => In Progress -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2164675 Title: NEW: openssh-gssapi To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/2164675/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
