“ThinkPad T480, BIOS 1.56, Linux Mint 22.3. Suspend/resume via lid works
correctly on kernel 7.0.0-14. Starting with 7.0.0-28, closing the lid
suspends normally, but opening it resumes the system without restoring
the internal display. Keyboard wakes; power-button wake does not restore
the screen. Kernel log shows successful S3 resume plus xhci_hcd
0000:3c:00.0: xHC error in resume, USBSTS 0x401, Reinit.”
