I also just went through the exact same crash. As a disclaimer, I'm running a memory overclock, a custom scheduler (scx_lavd) and a few custom sysctl and kernel options, so this is *not* representative of the average system at all - if anything it's likely a direct result of that. (I'm only posting here because I hope the log is able to help)
However, I'm on the same kernel version (7.0.0-30), I'm running an APU (an 8700G with 780M graphics) using the standard amdgpu driver, and at the moment of the crash I was trying to see how well my system could handle memory pressure, so I had many different applications in swap. One of these was kdenlive, which for whatever reason was simply just unresponsive (the UI was fine but it just wouldn't load or play any clips), so I closed it, but to no avail (it was still using swap); so, I went and manually killed the process. About a minute later, I tried to minimize and app and my entire system just crashed with the same error (as far as I can tell).
