I can confirm after this upgrade:

my system boots into right half with stripes or black screen. The UI is
slow and often several seconds with black screen. SSH seems to be fine.
Downgrade: linux-firmware:amd64 (20240318.git3b128b60-0ubuntu2.29,
20240318.git3b128b60-0ubuntu2.26)
make it useable again.
@Roger (hrothgar): as a workaround you could boot into nomodeset.
Without loading the AMDGPU the system also seems to work, but beware
only VESA there.
