Thanks for trying 7.1.2. It's not immediately clear to me whether your system relies on integrated Intel graphics for display output, or if display output is routed through the NVIDIA dGPU. The `drm_info` utility is one way to help clarify that:
$ sudo apt install drm-info $ drm_info If display output is handled by the Intel GPU, you could try removing the NVIDIA driver, then attempting to reproduce the problem again without it. This would help us narrow down whether the source of the issue is the NVIDIA driver or the in-tree i915 driver. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2157778 Title: Complete system freeze To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-hwe-6.17/+bug/2157778/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
