On a clean installation of Ubuntu 26.04.1 LTS, and installing Document Scanner
using the following command:
sudo apt install simple-scan
Everything is successful. Icon of the app is displayed correctly in the
Show Apps menu.
The icon in the Dock is broken and shows a Gray Gear.
