In stonking, libdb-mysql-perl is FTBFS due to failing tests

not ok 1 - DBD::mysql refused connection to non-SSL server with mysql_ssl=1 and 
correct user and password
not ok 2 - DBD::mysql error message is SSL related
ok 3 - DBD::mysql refused connection to non-SSL server with mysql_ssl=1, 
mysql_ssl_verify_server_cert=1 and correct user and password
ok 4 - DBD::mysql error message is SSL related
Dubious, test returned 2 (wstat 512, 0x200)

This _may_ be addressed in upstream release 4.055

4.055-1 is available in Debian, so a merge may fix this issue.
