Public bug reported:

manpages 6.19-1 is stuck in Ubuntu stonking proposed-migration because its
migration causes the autopkgtest for manpages 6.19-1 to fail on amd64, amd64v3,
arm64, armhf, ppc64el, and s390x.

Test log: https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/results/autopkgtest-
stonking/stonking/amd64/m/manpages/20260901_022026_d1b8a@/log.gz

Failure summary:
117s autopkgtest [02:20:20]: test manpages-dev.sh: [-----------------------
119s autopkgtest [02:20:22]: test manpages-dev.sh: -----------------------]
119s autopkgtest [02:20:22]: test manpages-dev.sh: - - - - - - - - - - results
- - - - - - - - - -
119s manpages-dev.sh FAIL non-zero exit status 1

This regression needs to be resolved before manpages can migrate to
stonking.
