I've adjusted the title accordingly. It sounds like it's probably aborted suspend is failing. This is not a DMCUB issue, it would be a kernel issue.
I don't know right now if this is a bug in Ubuntu's kernel, it's tickled by the use of Veracrypt (by tainting the kernel) or it's a generic bug. I think you're going to need to peel things out to better isolate where the issue is. If you can reproduce it with a mainline kernel and no out of tree content please report it to https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/amd and we can debug it upstream. ** Package changed: linux-firmware-amd-graphics (Ubuntu) => linux (Ubuntu) ** Summary changed: - linux-firmware-amd-graphics 0ubuntu3.1 DMCUB fix causes suspend hang on Krackan APU + Aborted suspend causing failures on Ryzen AI 5 (Krackan) ** No longer affects: linux (Ubuntu Resolute) ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2162104 Title: Aborted suspend causing failures on Ryzen AI 5 (Krackan) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2162104/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
