The DCN 3.5 microcode in noble is out of sync with the DCN 3.6 microcode
version.
Here is an extraction of the

Since upgrading to to 7.0 kernel in noble this is causing problems where
DCN microcode doesn't load anymore for systems with DCN 3.5. Systems
with DCN 3.6 are fine.
Please sync them up (They're synced in resolute - both are 0x9003f00).
