Note that the jammy[1] and noble[2] uploads will reopen bug
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/google-compute-engine-
oslogin/+bug/2139302 because it's mentioned in their respective changes
file.

Current versions in noble and jammy:

google-compute-engine-oslogin | 20231004.00-0ubuntu4         | noble
           | source
google-compute-engine-oslogin | 20260116.00-0ubuntu1~24.04.0 | noble-updates
           | source
google-compute-engine-oslogin | 20260814.00-0ubuntu1~24.04.0 |
noble/unapproved/9b57932    | source

And the uploaded jammy changes file[1] includes:

...
 google-compute-engine-oslogin (20260116.00-0ubuntu1) resolute; urgency=medium
 .
   * New upstream version for 20260116.00 (LP: #2139302)
     * Upstream issue #139 was also resolved so
       d/p/0002-inherit-cflags.patch is no longer needed.
       Also refreshed d/p/0001-set-LDFLAGS-to-prevent-undefs.patch

Which is in jammy already[3]:
google-compute-engine-oslogin (20260116.00-0ubuntu1~22.04.0) jammy;
urgency=medium

  * No change rebuild for jammy (LP: #2139302)

Similarly for noble, we have:

google-compute-engine-oslogin | 20210907.00-0ubuntu2         | jammy
           | source
google-compute-engine-oslogin | 20231004.00-0ubuntu1~22.04.2 | jammy-security
           | source
google-compute-engine-oslogin | 20260116.00-0ubuntu1~22.04.0 | jammy-updates
           | source
google-compute-engine-oslogin | 20260814.00-0ubuntu1~22.04.0 |
jammy/unapproved/0c04585    | source

In the uploaded noble changes[2] file:
 google-compute-engine-oslogin (20260116.00-0ubuntu1) resolute; urgency=medium
 .
   * New upstream version for 20260116.00 (LP: #2139302)
     * Upstream issue #139 was also resolved so
       d/p/0002-inherit-cflags.patch is no longer needed.
       Also refreshed d/p/0001-set-LDFLAGS-to-prevent-undefs.patch

And the package in noble updates[4]:
google-compute-engine-oslogin (20260116.00-0ubuntu1~24.04.0) noble;
urgency=medium

  * No change rebuild for Noble (LP: #2139302)

google-compute-engine-oslogin (20260116.00-0ubuntu1) resolute;
urgency=medium

  * New upstream version for 20260116.00 (LP: #2139302)
    * Upstream issue #139 was also resolved so
      d/p/0002-inherit-cflags.patch is no longer needed.
      Also refreshed d/p/0001-set-LDFLAGS-to-prevent-undefs.patch

So I think the changes file for noble and jammy is including one extra
changelog entry too many. Accepting it as is will reopen LP: #2139302
and require SRU verification for it again (or manual closing).

This needs re-uploading, or some annoying manual bug tagging in closing
for #2139302.
