From the meeting today, there are already Canonical people working on firmware SRU for DCN 3.5.0 for some OEM platforms, so hopefully for DCN 3.5.0 this will get updated soon.
Good news is that for DCN 3.5.1 at least it wasn't reproducible on the Chiron I tested on (7.0-hwe and firmware 0ubuntu3.1).
