Thanks for prepping the SRU Willow. A couple things:

1. Please clarify the status of stonking. Per SRU policy, this must be
fixed in devel before we do an SRU (to ensure we do not forget about
devel, and accidentally leave the same bug around). Or, if it is already
fixed, please explain that and update the bug status.

2. Please expand the test plan a bit. Do you have a sample/test image
that demonstrates this behavior? If not, how does someone obtain one?
