You're going to have to remove Ubuntu's virtualbox package and use
Oracle's. See workaround on duplicate bug 2160033 for details.
Alternatively, you could manually finish installing the kernels that got
interrupted by virtualbox so they don't panic, such as:
sudo update-initramfs -c -k 7.0.0-28-generic
sudo update-initramfs -c -k 7.0.0-30-generic
sudo update-grub
But you're going to have to do this every time there's a kernel update
until you resolve the virtualbox issue.
