### Additional finding / reproducible behaviour I found a more specific way to reproduce the App Grid issue.
1. An application is initially visible in the GNOME App Grid. 2. I right-click the application and pin/add it to the Dock (Favorites). 3. After it is added to Favorites, the application disappears from the App Grid. 4. The application remains available and functional from the Dock. 5. When I unpin/remove the same application from Favorites, it immediately becomes visible in the App Grid again. Therefore, the application itself is correctly detected and can be displayed in the App Grid. The problem appears specifically when the application is added to the GNOME/Ubuntu Dock Favorites. This behaviour is reproducible with the applications I tested.
