This is feature request. By default I have no access to build-in camera. I have
Dell M6400
https://www.dell.com/support/product-details/en-ai/product/precision-m6400/drivers
. This is solution for my problem
```
sudo usermod -aG video $USER
sudo reboot
```
But I would like to ask Ubuntu to be user-friendly. I suggest to add the user
to the video group by default on the machine like Dell M6400. More hardware
details:
