Public bug reported:
Teams turns on the camera. The AMD camera driver (amd_isp_capture) gets
0xDEADDEAD from the camera hardware 201 times in about 2 seconds. That
means the camera block wasn't responding.
amd-pmf: SMU response timed out. The SMU is the power-management chip
that the camera, display, video decoder and graphics all depend on, and
it stopped responding.
Everything that needs the SMU starts failing in turn: display (DMCUB
error, flip_done timed out), power gating for the video decoder, Failed
to disable gfxoff, and ACPI/PMF calls (AE_AML_LOOP_TIMEOUT).
The video-decode engine times out on a Firefox video-decode job (RDD
Process, which is Teams' incoming video).
The graphics engine times out on Firefox. Resetting just that engine
fails, so the driver starts a full GPU reset.
