Attaching the patch itself, in case it helps — it is already upstream, so this
should be a straight cherry-pick rather than a new backport.

It is Charles Keepax's "soundwire: dmi-quirks: Disable ghost Realtek devices",
posted 2026-05-20 as patch 3/3 of "Update some topology matching for newer
laptops":
https://lore.kernel.org/linux-sound/[email protected]/

The SHA in the "From:" line is from my local tree (I had cherry-picked it there
while debugging), not the upstream commit id — the content is the upstream patch
unchanged. The diff is 35 lines: an adr_remap table (ghost_realtek) plus three
DMI entries, one of which is exactly this machine:

    DMI_MATCH(DMI_SYS_VENDOR, "LENOVO")
    DMI_MATCH(DMI_PRODUCT_NAME, "83QK")

Since my copy is based on a slightly newer tree, the context may not apply to
7.0.0 as-is, but the only hunk that matters for this bug is the one adding the
83QK entry to adr_remap_quirk_table[].
