Currently Ubuntu builds are failing with error:
losetup: invalid option -- 'v'
This is because util-linux 2.42 removed this option. We need to modify
our losetup calls accordingly
The -v flag was meant for verbose output. However, losetup has dropped
this flag since v2.42. The changelog mentions the following:
> remove the --verbose flag, as it doesn't actually do anything
** Affects: livecd-rootfs (Ubuntu)
