Public bug reported:

Since golang-defaults 2:1.26~2 removed the gccgo-go metapackage and
deprecated golang-any (gccgo is an incomplete Go 1.18 implementation),
the gccgo-backed autopkgtests in vim-youcompleteme are uninstallable and
regress. Because vim-youcompleteme is an autopkgtest trigger target for
llvm-toolchain (clangd completer), this also blocks llvm-toolchain
migration via the shared trigger.

Fix: use golang-go instead of gccgo-go for the Go completer
autopkgtests.

** Affects: vim-youcompleteme (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
