Public bug reported:

libseqlib 1.2.0+dfsg-12 fails to build from source in stonking.

Regressing architectures (built before with 1.2.0+dfsg-11build4, fail now):
amd64, amd64v3.
Build log(s):

Diagnosis: the deterministic matcher reported testsuite-failure (dh_auto_test),
but
dh_auto_test passes; the failure is in dh_makeshlibs / dpkg-gensymbols:

  dpkg-gensymbols: error: some symbols or patterns disappeared in the symbols
file
  -#MISSING: 1.2.0+dfsg-12#
_ZZNKSt8__detail9_Executor...regex_traitsIcEEE10_M_is_wordEcE3__s@Base 1.2.0
  -#MISSING: 1.2.0+dfsg-12#
_ZZNSt8__detail20__lookup_collatename...E14__collatenames@Base 1.2.0
  dh_makeshlibs: error: failing due to earlier errors

Root cause: debian/libseqlib2.symbols.amd64 (the only arch-specific symbols
file,
hence amd64/amd64v3 only) was regenerated in Debian 1.2.0+dfsg-12 against
Debian's
toolchain and lists inlined libstdc++ <regex> template-internal static-local
symbols.
Ubuntu stonking's GCC 15 libstdc++ emits these differently (old symbols gone;
new
...regex_traitsIcEELb0EE/Lb1EE10_M_is_word... and
regex_traits<char>::lookup_classname/
lookup_collatename static-locals appear).

Suggested fix: these std:: template-instantiation symbols are not part of
libseqlib's
ABI. Mark them (optional) or use (c++|regex) patterns in
debian/libseqlib2.symbols.amd64, or drop them. Forward the change to Debian.

No existing Ubuntu or Debian report found (Debian #1143674, the previous symbols
FTBFS, was closed by 1.2.0+dfsg-12). Debian unstable/testing carry the same
version.
