I am adding a server-triage-discuss tag here because the update-excuse
tag was removed (meaning this will no longer show up in the excuses
page). This affects noble and jammy and I wonder whether this is
something we want to address now or if it should be added to some
backlog for people interested in working on DEP8 tests and migration.
