Public bug reported: r-bioc-alabaster.base 1.12.1+dfsg-1 is stuck in Ubuntu stonking proposed-migration because its own autopkgtest fails as "badpkg" on amd64, amd64v3, arm64 and ppc64el. The tests never run: the test dependency r-bioc-alabaster.matrix is not installable.

The previous r-bioc-alabaster.base (1.6.1+ds-2build1) was removed for the same reason. Debian unstable has r-bioc-alabaster.matrix 1.12.0+dfsg-1. Debian removed all r-bioc-* packages from testing (https://bugs.debian.org/1118697), and alabaster.base has an open serious FTBFS bug in Debian: https://bugs.debian.org/1148204 Possible resolutions: 1. Sync r-bioc-alabaster.matrix 1.12.0+dfsg-1 from Debian unstable (and any missing Bioconductor 3.23 deps) so both packages can migrate together; or 2.
