rust-gst-plugin-gtk4 (0.15.2-1ubuntu2) stonking; urgency=medium
* d/rules: Enable the v1_28 cargo feature (LP: #2168747). This builds
in the udmabuf allocator, allowing zero-copy buffer sharing between
CPU and GPU - notably speeding up video playback with software
decoders. Matches GNOME (gnome-build-meta MR 5039) and Fedora.
