Public bug reported: On Ubuntu Stonking on the armhf architecture, `dpkg` is failing whenever I try to `apt install` any package, with the following error: ``` rm: cannot remove '/var/lib/dpkg/tmp.ci': Directory not empty dpkg: error while cleaning up: rm command for cleanup subprocess failed with exit status 1 rm: cannot remove '/var/lib/dpkg/tmp.ci': Directory not empty ```
