Public bug reported:
Since the sudo binary is produced by an alternative in Resolute and is
thus renamed to /usr/bin/sudo.ws, the system will temporarily lack the
sudo binary during an upgrade from Noble to Resolute.
For shorter upgrades, this is likely not an issue. However, release
upgrades may take a longer time and thus users are left without the
possibility to use sudo.
