I apologize for the confusion here, it seems that I arrived at the wrong
conclusion regarding the root cause of the "build failure" on armhf.

It looks like a fix for rust-coreutils has already been uploaded [1],
and pypy3 has already migrated to the release pocket (including the
OpenSSL 4 compatibility patch, which was my main concern) [2].

Should I close this bug as "Invalid"?
