Didn't you mean 2026e?
b) About this revert:
* Revert POSIX conformance of old SysV names EST5EDT, CST6CDT, MST7MDT and
PST8PDT
Do we also need this revert for the ICU data, or does that not make
sense? Sorry, tzdata-newbie here.
