* Fix FTBFS with glibc 2.43+ const-preserving strrchr (LP: #2169229):
- d/p/0001-fix-glibc-2.43-strrchr-const-qualifier.patch: declare
pointers as const char * in str_replace_ext, path_dirname,
path_basename, and js_default_module_normalize_name.
- debian/rules: pass werror=0 to scons to avoid treating compiler
warnings as errors.
