I tried to further bisect the issue, but stopped when I ran into build failures. The last known good commit is dcdd102f61cbf62b30495315852ca1acea4c1b57 (using packaging from 4.12.7-1). The first bad commit is b67025d3b4c39517d1fff125229e2b80ee4ba38a (using packaging from 4.13.1-1).
