a) is indeed halfway between something expected and a mistake. cuda-toolkit and cuda-toolkit-13 are also shipped with CUDA 13-2, but with a higher version. So we anticipated trouble by removing it from 13.1.x versions that arrived after 13.2. Uploading a cuda-toolkit binary with a lower version that what already exists would not make sense.
Our mistake is that we should not have anticipated that, and should have instead waited for cuda 13-2 to properly pass the queue. Also because there is always a chance that it gets rejected anyway. And this whole matter should also have been explained in this issue. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2154008 Title: Update CUDA 13.1.1 to CUDA 13.1.2 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cuda-crt-13-1/+bug/2154008/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
