Other packages hitting the same dh_strip failure in stonking-proposed (objcopy: "unable to modify ... due to errors" after debugedit): telemetry 1.4.0-3 (libtelemetry.so.1.4.0) and cdo 2.6.4-1 (libcdi_f2003-gnu.so). Both get fixed by the same dh_strip change.
