Also affects us on noble (24.04, Wayland): libfreerdp3-3 3.32.0+dfsg-0ubuntu0.24.04.1, Remmina 1.4.43, Windows Server 2019 host. Same ~1600-byte boundary as described above.
@simpoir: 3.32.1+dfsg-1 is currently only published in the development series (stonking); noble still only has 3.32.0+dfsg-0ubuntu0.24.04.1 in -security/-updates, so noble users can't verify against it yet. Since 3.32.0 reached noble via the security pocket, could the fix be included in the next noble update (tracked in bug #2168845)? If a full 3.32.1 isn't wanted for noble, the relevant upstream fix is a single commit, 1901672 "[channels, totalLength] correct and tighthen length checks" (first commit of PR #13487; the other commits in that PR address unrelated issues). Happy to test a noble build from -proposed or a PPA. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2169360 Title: Remmina disconnects when Windows clipboard text exceeds ~1600 bytes (cliprdr read error 1359) since 3.32.0 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/freerdp3/+bug/2169360/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
