I believe the resource-agents autopkgtest regressions are due to the test now running on a lxd vm, which does not have the required kernel module installed by default:
1826s Oct 06 10:37:02 ERROR: Warning: Could not load preferences file /root/.targetcli/prefs.bin. b'modprobe: FATAL: Module iscsi_target_mod not found in directory /lib/modules/5.15.0-1109-kvm\n The LXD vm is running with kernel: testbed running kernel: Linux 5.15.0-1109-kvm #114 The last green result[1] was on an openstack vm, which runs: testbed running kernel: Linux 5.15.0-176-generic #186 Looks like a fix for resource-agents would be to add the missing kernel modules package to d/t/control. If that's the case, I would be fine with an SRU for resource-agents which implemented that, and the corresponding bug tagged with block-proposed-<release>, so that the open-iscsi test could be re-run with resource-agents from proposed. 1. https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/results/autopkgtest- jammy/jammy/amd64/r/resource-agents/20260423_154731_3b0ac@/log.gz -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2147499 Title: [SRU] open-iscsi initramfs: preserve static iBFT semantics while fixing netplan rendering for MAAS boot To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/open-iscsi/+bug/2147499/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
