* riscv64: carry quiet/splash/plymouth kernel params
over to the installed system (LP: #2168989)

* isobuilder: generate a binary-<variant> index on architecture-variant
builds. apt-ftparchive picks a deb's index by globbing its filename for
"*_<arch>.deb", so the "*_amd64v3.deb" files in the pool matched no index
and were silently dropped, breaking offline UEFI installs on the amd64v3
ISO (LP: #2169183).

* ubuntu: use ARCH_VARIANT for the ISO's .disk/info and volume ID
