I did it, however, nothing is found. Dpkg is probably looking for package. Screen shot is in attachment. I'm still able to locate and open file in nano. I made comments of all functional lines to prevent execution.
This is fresh installation. To avoid any confusion, file which was blocked by tor browser is not associated with this one. First problem is that one extra file download is attempted in the same time when Ubuntu ISO image download is started and only Tor browser is able to block it, there is no notifications by other browsers. Second problem is this hidden file /etc/.resolv.conf.systemd- resolved.bak. There is one more hidden file which is also unknown to me: etc/.updated . Content can be found on screen shot in attachment. I tried this command you sent me on this another file as well and I'm getting same result. I have my third party DNS configured in /etc/systemd/resolved.conf and in this file there is no issues. I'm using DNS over TLS. This file can be very dangerous if someone would connect host with same private IP address like from file. Sent with Proton Mail secure email.
