Kernel log from a failed warm boot into 6.17.0-35-generic after encountering the graphics issue. This is NOT the primary 7.0 failure log. During this boot, amdgpu logged "Failed to setup vendor infoframe" and "REG_WAIT timeout ... optc31_disable_crtc". After completely powering the system off and performing a cold boot, 6.17.0-35 worked normally again.
