Sorry, did not mean to step on your toes here, Willow.
I was originally checking whether syncing 4.24 from Debian unstable would fix
this cleanly, but noticed that 4.24 is blocked by the libglibmm-2.68-dev (>=
2.89.0) build-dependency (stonking has 2.88.1-2).

Since I was already reproducing it on the test stand, I backported the
two upstream changes and confirmed the build and tests pass. Sharing the
debdiff here in case it saves you time.

The root causes with gtk4 4.24:
1. GdkCursor uses G_DECLARE_FINAL_TYPE in gtk4 4.24. In gtkmm 4.22, gmmproc
emits a conflicting forward declaration "using GdkCursorClass = struct
_GdkCursorClass;" because cursor.hg lacks _STRUCT_NOT_HIDDEN.
2. gtk4 4.24 enforces header guards in gdkkeysyms.h. accelkey.h includes
<gdk/gdkkeysyms.h> directly instead of <gdk/gdk.h>.

Verification on stonking:

- Built gtkmm4.0 cleanly on amd64.
- Installed the resulting libgtkmm-4.0-dev and built reverse-dependency
gtkmm-documentation; all 128 tests pass (0 failures).

Attached is debdiff 4.22.0-1ubuntu1 for stonking.
