Public bug reported:

Please remove rust-knuffel 3.2.0-1 (binary: librust-knuffel-dev) from
stonking-proposed.

It has been in -proposed for 345 days, never in the stonking release
pocket, and is uninstallable on every architecture:

  librust-knuffel-dev/amd64 has unsatisfiable dependency (same on all
archs)

librust-knuffel-dev depends on librust-minicbor-0.19+{default,derive,std}-dev,
but Ubuntu (like Debian testing/unstable) only has rust-minicbor 2.3.0. It also
no longer builds against the current chumsky in Debian:
- Debian #1143415 "rust-knuffel: FTBFS: error[E0432]: unresolved import
`chumsky::chain`" (serious, sid/forky); the package is not in Debian testing.

Reverse dependencies checks:

$ reverse-depends -r stonking src:rust-knuffel
Package not published in specified release
$ reverse-depends -r stonking -b src:rust-knuffel
Package not published in specified release

(reverse-depends only looks at the release pocket, where rust-knuffel is
not published.) Searching the stonking and stonking-proposed
Packages/Sources indexes of all components: no package depends,
recommends, suggests or build-depends on librust-knuffel-dev or any
librust-knuffel-* provide.

rust-knuffel-derive (3.2.0-3, in release) is a separate source and is
not affected by this request.

** Affects: rust-knuffel (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
