pandas (2.3.3+dfsg-3ubuntu3) stonking; urgency=medium
* d/p/hdf5_v2_compat.patch: cherry-pick from Debian 2.3.3+dfsg-4,
xfail test_no_track_times which assumes HDF5 is deterministic, not
the case with HDF5 2.x anymore. Fixes the build failure
(LP: #2169951).
