Since we're frozen for release, the rust-coreutils update has to wait until after release. For this cycle basez gets a workaround instead: 1.6.2-3ubuntu1 replaces '[-*]' with '-' as the tr SET2 in configure. That gives the same result with GNU tr and builds with the uutils tr from rust-coreutils 0.12.0. The basez delta can be dropped once rust- coreutils has the upstream fix (uutils PR #15031); the rust-coreutils task stays open for that.
