I installed all mutter related packages from resolute-proposed at 50.1-0ubuntu2.5.
I moved two windows to a second monitor. I made one maximized. I focused that window. I used my keyboard shortcut to move it to an identical third monitor. I clicked the window that was behind the maximized window.
