Public bug reported: wiremix 0.7.0-1 has been in stonking-proposed for ~248 days and has never built. It isn't in stonking release.
All builds are in dependency wait on librust-pipewire-0.8+default-dev; stonking (like Debian testing) has rust-pipewire 0.10.1. Debian: 0.7.0-1 only in unstable, never built there either for the same reason; not in testing or stable; no open bugs. A newer upstream version is available. Upstream (https://github.com/tsowell/wiremix) is active (0.11.0 released 2026-06), but even 0.11.0 requires pipewire ^0.9.2, so an update would still need patching for rust-pipewire 0.10. Nothing in stonking depends on it. Please remove wiremix from stonking- proposed; it can come back via sync once Debian updates it. ** Affects: wiremix (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Fix Released ** Tags: update-excuse ** Tags added: update-excuse ** Changed in: wiremix (Ubuntu) Status: New => Fix Released -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2170530 Title: Please remove wiremix from stonking-proposed: build-depends on rust- pipewire 0.8 (archive has 0.10) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/wiremix/+bug/2170530/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
