golang-1.25 (1.25.14-1~ubuntu0.26.04.1) resolute; urgency=medium
* Backport golang-1.25 1.25.14-1 to resolute (LP: #2166409).
- Drop the golang-1.25-go alternative from Build-Depends so the
package does not bootstrap from itself, keeping golang-1.24-go as
the bootstrap toolchain (as done in 1.25.7-2).
- Cherry-pick upstream fix for cmd/compile ppc64 MADDLD lowering
(LP build failure on ppc64el jammy/noble/resolute).

- Skip flaky TestMergeLocalsIntegration on s390x; still open
upstream even with the mergelocals fix applied.
