Hello Andreas and thank you for the review, I raised the issue here: https://github.com/NVIDIA/libnvidia-container/issues/404 It's not entirely impossible that nvml.h is Apache-2.0 and NVIDIA-CUDA-Proprietary, this the latter is actually an agregation of licenses that include some opensource stuff. See Appendice B.
