Public bug reported:
```c
// a.c
#include <inttypes.h>
const char *s = PRIu64;
```
run `arm-none-eabi-gcc -c a.c`
1) Ubuntu 26.04.1 LTS
2) gcc-arm-none-eabi: Installed: 15:14.2.rel1-1
3) I expect the build succeeds
4) The build fails, PRIu64 is not recognized
It seems gcc doesn't have `inttypes.h`, so newlib's `inttypes.h` is used
(search path is /usr/lib/arm-none-eabi/include, a soft link to newlib
path). And newlib's `inttypes.h` is incompatible with gcc's `stdint.h`
** Affects: gcc-arm-none-eabi (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
