Public bug reported: On Lubuntu 26.10 (Stonking Stingray), the icon theme selection list in lxqt-config-appearance is completely empty, even though icon themes are installed in /usr/share/icons/.
lxqt-config 2.4.0-0ubuntu1 includes the upstream code fix for the Qt 6.11 strict parsing issue (issue #1188), but the package was built on 2026-04-30 against Qt 6.10. Stonking subsequently ships Qt 6.11.2, so the binary needs to be recompiled against Qt 6.11 for the fix to take effect.
