The fix shipped in linux 6.19.0-9.9, comment #51. Noble has it in linux- oracle-7.0 7.0.0-1006 and later, so the verification request in #59 is out of date.
I tested Ubuntu 26.04 with snapd 2.77.1 and linux 7.0.0-42. The chromium snap loads https://example.com and the journal has no AppArmor net denials. The plasmashell send denials I reported in #23 are gone too.
